Drunk man???????????? A man is in a bar and falling off his stool every couple of minutes. He is obviously drunk. So the bartender says to another man in the bar: "Why don't you be a good Samaritan and take him home."
The man takes the drunk out the door and to his car and he stumbles at least ten times. They drive along and the drunk points out his house to the man. He stops the car and the drunk stumbles up the steps to his house with the man.
The drunk's wife greets them at the door: "Why thank you for bringing him home for me, but where's his wheel chair?" |
| I have heard a similar Irish joke, but that was funny to!!!!! |
A drunk man phones Alcoholics anonymous and says i'd like to hand in my resignation? A judge says to a drunk man in court you're here for drinking....he says great let's get started.
A drunk man phones the filth and says. I'd like to report a robbery, some bugger has stolen my dashboard my steering wheel and my car keys. The cops come out and he's sitting in the back seat of his car. |
Are you talking about biker?
Hahaha love it, Mick...:-)
Oops sorry biker, i didn't think you would see my answer...lol |
What would a old drunk man be doing, or saying right now ? Be creative with this answer, because I am that old drunk man. |

If a drunk man sexes up a sober woman, is she guilty of rape? According to feminists, a woman who has sex while drunk has not given consent and has therefore been raped. So if sober woman consents to have sex with a drunk man, isn't she guilty of rape since the man cannot legally give consent? |
| If he's too drunk to consent, she is guilty of rape. |
If a drunk man in a bar was taken by two other men and they robbed the man and pushed him out of the vehicle? They pushed him out of vehicle and a truck hit him and the drunk man was killed. What would the 2 men be charged with? |
In most states, that crime would fall under the felony murder rule, for a death occurring during the commission of a violent felony.
Not all states have a crime of "aggravated murder," but all states have felony murder. Felony murder is charged whenever possible because the prosecution does not need to prove intent to kill or cause great bodily harm, nor do they need to prove recklessness or other wanton conduct. If they intended to commit the underlying felony, then any death that occurs as a result or during the commission of that felony (even if the victim was petrified and died of a heart attack brought on by fear) is punishable as murder. |
How much alcohol does it take an average man/woman to get drunk? How much alcohol would it take to get and average man drunk? What about a woman? Thanks. |

Antique carved wood drunk man on a lamp post? I have an antique wooden lamp that is a drunk man leaning on a lamp post. The man's head moves from side to side and he whistles a tune when it is turned on.
Has anyone ever seen or heard of one of these? Any information such as maker, value etc... would be appreciated. |
| Sounds like something made once by someone with a sense of humor. If there are any kind of marks on it, (ie: name stamp on bottom or somewhere not too conspicuous, date, etc...) You may be able to glean more information. As for value, try taking a look through the various books in your local library that deal with collecting and values. "Folk Art" maybe. |
Do you trust you man when he goes out with friends and gets drunk? My man is far from the cheating type, and has very strong morals, but I'm not always with him when he is drunk. Can men control themselves when drunk and actually NOT cheat? And to the men: Does your woman trust you to go out with friends (both male and female friends) and not do anything with other women? |

Amazing video. Made me cry. Comment it! |
If a drunk man can be expected to have enough cerebral capacity left to not decide to not drive and ? not endanger others, why cant a drunk woman be expected to make an informed decision on weather or not give in to the sexual advances of a male ?
That goes for the countries or states where yes means no if she had a drink of course. |
Your logic here is flawed. The point is that he DOES NOT have the cerebral capacity to drive....just as a very drunk person is too incapacitated to consent.
A drunk driver (male or female, since it is illegal for both to do so) may not actually have the ability to decide whether or not to drive, but they will still be liable for the harm they cause to others. A person who gets so drunk that they pass out, has harmed no one, THEY are being harmed if someone has sex with them when it is obvious that they cannot give consent. The two are not analogous.
In cases where intoxication is a factor, the defense must prove not just the complainant was drunk, but that they were so impaired as to not be able to give consent. that means incapable of simply saying "yes" or "no." that would be nearly passed out drunk in lay men's terms.
AND, the defense has to prove that the complainant was so drunk that it was obvious to the accused that the complainant COULD NOT give consent. I.e. he saw that she was too drunk to even know what was going on, and proceeded anyway.
Bottom line: It's not rape just because you're drunk, and it's not rape unless it is obvious to the accused that you can't consent. Get it now?

EDIT@ Slay247---If thinks it's you that misunderstand the point., AND the law. Why don't you read the link provided and inform yourself? The point is NOT that a woman is not responsible for her decisions while inebriated, it's whether or not she was so inebriated that she COULD NOT give consent. The law does NOT state that it's rape if the woman was drunk, as you suggest, but that the woman must be SO drunk that it would be impossible to consent, she would have to be so drunk that she was unaware of what was going on...get it? There is NO analogy between a drunk driver and someone being raped while drunk. In the first, the drunk driver's actions could kill people, in the latter the drunk person has done nothing to put anyone else at risk, and in fact, must prove that the accused acted in a predatory manner, by actually BEING AWARE that the alleged victim was too incapacitated to consent (i.e. nearly unconscious), and had sex with a nearly unconscious person. THAT is rape, it has nothing to do with "criminalizing male sexuality"....if you think "male sexuality" includes having sex with nearly unconscious women, then you have a very warped view of sexuality. Stop being such a victim.
EDIT--No, Slay, you're wrong. The article you posted states that it has to be shown that the woman was "heavily drunk," not just "drunk," and to have consumed the equivalent of TWO BOTTLES OF WINE. That is TWO AND 1/2 TIMES the legal driving limit. The article suggests that that level of inebriation would cause disorientation, confusion, and even unconsciousness. MOST women, having consumed that much, WOULD be quite nearly passed out, going in and out of consciousness, and DEFINITELY not aware of what was going on around them. If a women is THAT drunk (by the laws description) then it would be obvious to anyone in the room with her that she is incapable of giving consent, let alone knowing what's going on. Someone who had sex with a woman as drunk as the law states would be behaving in a predatory fashion, and taking advantage of her incapacity. That's rape.
Also, I said "NEARLY unconscious," i.e. going in and out fo consciousness. A person like this would be limp, non-responsive, incoherent, and momentarily losing a regaining consciousness. That is how drunk two bottles of wine would make most women.
EDIT@ Ryan--And you're wrong, too. One drink DOES NOT equal "not capable of giving consent" under ANY law. Or, if you're so sure, please find the law that states "one glass=no responsibility."
